IPYG Peace Walk
This event, with over 27 000 participants walking for peace, received positive acclaim in more than 10 countries and resulted in 13 press releases internationally.This resulted in a domino effect of peace walks that took place globally in 23 different nations where 38 different youth organizations hosted and completed their own peace walks.
IPYG which was started afresh by Peace Advocate Man Hee Lee is working for peace under the organization 'Heavenly Culture, World Peace and Restoration of Light(HWPL)', which was also launched by Peace Maker Man Hee Lee and we are calling for your support and participation as our partners in peace – together bringing peace to our planet.
IPYG is:
1. A youth organization-working for world peace and uniting all international youth
2. A network of youth from across the globe working together to bring peace and unity to our communities
3. A network of youth from across the globe
- currently partnered with 130 different youth and peace organizations from 80 countries around the world
IPYG History:
1. Formed from groups of young people coming together with the vision and goal of creating a lasting change in the world through their passion and desire to see peace-loving citizens reach out to nations and counties to bring about what we all have been longing for,but have not yet been able to create – world peace,through determination to unite people across borders, cultures, languages and nationalities
2. Merged on 25 May 2013 in Seoul,S.Korea.
now an ever-growing coalition of world youth,all partnering to unite in one goal, for one purpose of seeing our wish for peace become a reality in our generation
IPYG's Activities:
2014 is the year that IPYG seeks to spread its work to South Africa. Our South African branch is actively working to shine the light of peace in this beautiful country that struggles with deep internal unrest. Our vision is to invite organizations to be affiliated with IPYG and engage in collaborative projects throughout the year that will be aimed at developing practical and sustainable solutions to the challenges facing us in the pursuit of peace. We would like to take this opportunity to request your availability to come to our 'International Leaders Peace Festival'.
Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL) is a non-governmental organization whose mandate it is to put an end to war and restore world peace through a new heavenly culture.
